漢方薬の有用性がより広く知られ、漢方処方が急激に増加し、漢方を実践できる医師・薬剤師の需要が高まっています。今後、新たな漢方薬の活用方法、新しい漢方薬の薬効、新たな漢方的な病態の発見を行っていきたいと思います。
センターは、この新しい時代の先駆けとして西洋医薬学と東洋医薬学の統合を基盤にした漢方診療、漢方医薬学の実践教育（臨床教育）と拡大する医師・薬剤師の臨床業務に漢方による変革を試み、漢方の持つ魅力の発信拠点となり、漢方の進歩、イノベーションを行います。

As the benefits of Kampo medicines become more widely recognized, their use is rapidly increasing, resulting in a growing demand for physicians and pharmacists who can practice Kampo medicine. We aim to explore new applications of Kampo medicines, identify previously unrecognized therapeutic effects, and discover new pathological conditions from the perspective of Kampo medicine.
As a pioneer in this new era, the Center will provide Kampo medical care based on the integration of Western and Eastern medicine and pharmaceutical sciences. We will also offer practical clinical education in Kampo medicine and seek to transform the expanding clinical roles of physicians and pharmacists through Kampo. Furthermore, the Center will serve as a hub for communicating the unique value and appeal of Kampo medicine while promoting its advancement and innovation.
